General

The Sika eShop is a B2B store. Registration is only possible for Sika direct customers. Please use the following link if you are still interested.

To get access to the Sika eShop, go to https://gbr.sika.com/en/eshop-customer-registration.html and fill out the registration form. Sika will send you a final registration link by e-mail is approved.

No. The Sika eShop is configured to allow seamless use on all devices - mobile, tablet, desktop - via the browser. There is no specific eShop app.

Products/Pricing

Product pricing in only visible in the checkout once you select "update cart". This will bring through the current product prices for the selected account.

Stock availability of not currently available in the Sika eShop. We are looking to introduce this soon.

Products can be found by navigating through the product catalogues or by using the search function. With the search function you can search for products by product name, article number or within a product category. You can also filter the search results by category, color and packaging.

Clicking on a product will take you to the product page where you can find:
1. Description of the selected product.
2. Product details and Product Data Sheets.
3. Information about content, sales unit and quantity per pallet.
You can then enter the desired quantity and add the product to the cart or wishlist

Yes, you can add your desired products to a wish list by clicking on the star next to the product. Multiple wishlists can be created to group relevent products together. You can find your wishlist(s) by clicking on the star in the upper right corner next to the Sika eShop.

Orders/Invoices

Please refer to Terms and Conditions for full details. A minimum quantity surcharge applies to orders below the minimum order limit.

For any subsequent change to an order you have already placed, please contact our customer service team directly as soon as possible.

You can find your past orders at https://gb.shop.sika.com/my-account/orders. This includes all Sika orders, placed via eShop or direct with Customer Services.

Most customer will receive an automatic order confirmation after the Sika eShop order have been placed. This will go to the customer account contact that Sika has assigned to the account.

You will receive your invoice as usual (by mail or e-mail) as well as being able to view/download it from the Sika eShop

You can view the status of your orders in the Orders section of the Sika eShop at https://gb.shop.sika.com/my-account/orders. If the status "completely processed" is shown, then your entire order has been shipped. For more informaiton, please contact the Customer Service team.

You can select a requested delivery day when you are on the Cart page. This can be up to 3 months in advance.

There is no 48 hour delivery service via the Sika eShop at present. All overnight requests should go via Customer Service.

Customers can view their order status under the "orders" section of Sika eShop. This give a general update on the order processing. Live tracking of deliveries is not currently available in the Sika eShop.

While you are logged in, click on your name in the Sika eShop and then on the menu item Profile management. There you can make the desired changes.
